About me
From Local Authority Housing Management to Airbnb Superhost.
I’m Sarah. Originally from the U.K, I emigrated to Canada in 2008. I moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2016. In the U.K I managed private rental accommodation and local authority housing. I previously ran my own Airbnb.
Services
I offer a wide range of services from simple house checks whilst you’re away to property management.
Airbnb cleaning hourly $45
Cleaning hourly – $40-$45
Move out/in cleans $40-$50 hourly. Rate to be negotiated depending on property size and what level of cleaning is needed/required.
Short term rental Management – starts at 20% commission of booking rate. Hourly rate for adhoc management tasks $50.
Vacation house checks. Includes mail check. Report emailed. – $50 per visit.
(Sandy Hook – $35 per visit)
Vacation Mail Check – $15 weekly (Sandy Hook only)
Hot tub balancing hourly – $40
Other services available, including: attendance whilst trades on site, recycling, yard waste clearance, dump runs, Short Term Rental guest greeting and supplies purchase and restock.
One hour minimum charge (two for any cleaning service), 24 hours notice required for cancellation.

Sarah has been working as a cleaner at our house for the past year.
